With over six years of experience managing properties across the Pacific Northwest and Southwest, she specializes in short-term vacation rentals and long-term properties. Kristin’s passion for hospitality shines in thoughtful touches that elevate guest experiences and make rentals stand out.

Before diving into property management, Kristin spent 10 years in corporate recruiting, mastering networking and relationship-building—skills that now shape her personal life and business. Passionate about supporting local businesses, she integrates local professionals and artisans into her hospitality and property management services whenever possible.

After witnessing the disappointingly low standards often found in the property management industry, Kristin was inspired to take her skills and passion to raise the bar.
